WooCommerce “Woo” is an Open Source E-Commerce plugin for WordPress. Out-of-the-box and without any additional costs it already brings all the necessary functions to efficiently run a webshop.
Nextcloud is a privacy friendly self-hosted Open Source Cloud Hub to store files on your own server. It is compliant with the GDPR because you retain full control and the data is not shared with third parties.
Matomo is a privacy friendly self-hosted Open Source alternative to Google Analytics. It is compliant with the GDPR because no analytics data is shared with third parties.
Mailchimp is a popular Email Marketing platform to collect mailing lists, create Email templates and send out campaigns. The basic version can be used free-of-charge after a registration.

Frontend development
HTML, CSS and Javascript are my key design and development tools. Of course I also use various frameworks (JS and PHP)) and am experienced in setting up automated tests with Playwright and Puppeteer.
The focus must always be on ideas and content because technology only functions as a delivery system. However, the right digital ecosystem and the right toolbox can help focus on what matters and ultimately achieve goals faster. A general requirement for the development of a contemporary product is to run a software stack that is adaptable, scalable, easily operable and ideally open source.
I am fully aware that the swarm intelligence and the freedoms of OpenSource software generate enormous benefit to me. Therefore I actively participate in the area of my possibilities, contribute to code and also offer some useful OpenSource products based on WordPress.
